Our Story

Our founder, Elizabeth started her career as a Financial Planner, and it was here that she learned first hand, of the value of solving business problems. She earned the opportunity to run a multi-million dollar business and then went on to build award-winning Customer & Employee experiences for global organizations - including TD Bank, Canada Life, President's Choice Financial. Elizabeth holds an MBA , is certified in Human Centred Design, and currently teaches Marketing and Product Development at Seneca College @ York University.
